Endless wire:
Cardboard barrels closed with lid with capacities of 100, 150, 200, 250 kg. The wire is placed in a plastic bag.
Packaged in two or four barrels on a wooden pallet and secured with polyethylene tape. With constant cooperation it is possible to use used barrels. At the customer's request, it is possible to pack steel barrels.
Wire in circles:
Coils weighing 20 or 25 kg, protected against unfolding with polyethylene tape, shrink wrapped with heat-shrinkable foil, placed on a wooden pallet, secured with a polyethylene tape and wrapped with stretch foil.
Coils weighing 20 or 25 kg, protected against unfolding with polyethylene tape, put in a cardboard box. Boxes arranged on a wooden pallet, secured with polyethylene tape and optionally wrapped with stretch foil.
Coils weighing 20 or 25 kg, protected against unfolding with polyethylene tape, placed in cardboard barrels. Barrels packed in two protected with polyethylene tape, with a total weight of 400 or 500 kg.
Wire on reels:
Wire wound on plastic or metal spools (openwork) weighing 15 or 20 kg, put into a cardboard box. Boxes arranged on a wooden pallet and secured with a polyethylene tape.

Zn zinc wire 99.99 and zinc-aluminum ZnAI15 used for applying zinc coatings by spraying to protect against corrosion and various types of steel elements and constructions.
For the production of wires is used SHG zinc with the highest purity of 99.995% Zn.
It is also used in the electronics industry.
Thanks to the application of zinc coatings by the method of spray metallization, it is a modern method of corrosion protection. Unlike hot dip galvanizing (zinc plating) and galvanic zinc coating, it has the following advantages:
» lack of dimensional limitations of coated elements,
» the possibility of making corrections of the coating on the joints of elements as well as, for example, in places of mechanical damage,
» high resistance to mechanical damage,
» have a higher durability of the zinc coating thanks to the spray metallization and their thickness can be adapted to the operational requirements,
» elimination of risk of thermal deformation of protected elements due to spray metallization.
The process of applying zinc coatings is carried out using electric or flame guns. Depending on the guns used, a Zn or ZnAI15 wire with different, suitably selected physical parameters is recommended.
